LOVING ME: YOUR LIFE · YOUR DIRECTION · YOUR CHOICE

What If the Life You're Living Now Isn’t the

Life You Actually Want?

You’re getting through the days, doing what needs to be done and making decisions as life happens. Somewhere along the way, you've started winging it.

If you keep making the same choices, thinking the same way, and simply dealing with whatever comes next, how different will your life really be a year from now? Or five?

Loving Me gives you a different way forward — so you can stop leaving your future to chance and start choosing what you actually want next.

Do you find yourself constantly questioning yourself, comparing your life to everyone else’s or feeling like you should always be doing more?

Do you keep pushing yourself, or perhaps feel guilty when you slow down? Do you spend hours searching for advice that will finally tell you what you’re supposed to do next, only to end up feeling more overwhelmed than before?

Yet somehow, even when you achieve something, the relief never lasts. There’s always another thing to fix, another decision to second-guess or another version of yourself you feel you should be becoming.

My guess is that you’re exhausted from trying so hard to get your life right.

Constantly trying to become “better” isn’t the same as knowing what you actually want, or choosing a life that feels right for you.

Winging It Works… Until It Doesn’t

Most of us don’t deliberately choose the life we’re living. We respond to what’s in front of us, make the best decisions we can at the time and keep moving.

For a while, that works. Then one day you realise that staying busy making decisions isn’t the same as choosing where your life is actually going.

The way you think, the choices you make and what you accept as normal all influence what happens next. Keep doing more of the same and, without meaning to, you can keep creating more of the same.

You don’t need to spend years working out everything that brought you here. You just need to decide whether here is where you want to stay.

Loving Me gives you a different way to think about what comes next, so your future becomes something you choose rather than something that simply happens.

What Changes When You Stop Winging It?

You start making different choices.

Instead of simply reacting to what’s happening around you, you begin asking a different question: Is this taking me where I actually want to go?

That doesn’t mean every choice suddenly becomes easy. It means you finally have a compass. You’re no longer being constantly pulled by other people’s expectations, opinions or whatever happens to be demanding your attention in the moment.

Over time, that shifts more than your day-to-day choices. It changes the way you move through your life.

You become more deliberate about what you want, clearer about what actually matters to you and less willing to keep making choices that take you back to the same place.

This is where Loving Me begins.

Changing Your Circumstances Doesn’t Always Change Your Life

It’s easy to believe that things will finally feel different once something outside of us changes. A new job, a new relationship, more money, more time or a fresh start.

Sometimes those changes help. Yet somehow, the same doubts, frustrations or uncertainty can follow you straight into the new situation.

That’s where Loving Me takes a different path.

Rather than waiting for your circumstances to create the life you want, you begin making more deliberate choices about what happens next.

You don’t have to become a completely different person. You don’t have to unravel everything that happened before.

You simply stop leaving so much of your future to chance.

Loving Me gives you a practical way to start choosing your direction instead.

At Some Point, Wanting Something Different Has To

Become A Decision

You don’t need to have everything worked out. You don’t need to know exactly what your future looks like, and you certainly don’t need to change your whole life overnight.

You simply need to decide whether you want to keep living the same way. If the answer is no, then the next question becomes much more important: Am I ready to start choosing differently?

This is where change begins.

So, what do we actually do inside Loving Me?

We start by helping you pause long enough to ask a question most of us rarely stop to consider: What do I actually want my life to stand for?

It’s easy to spend years responding to expectations, circumstances and whatever happens next without ever really deciding what you want for yourself.

Inside Loving Me, you begin thinking more deliberately about the person you want to become and the life you want to create.

I often ask clients to imagine they are a ghost at their own funeral, listening to what people are saying about them. More importantly: Is that what you actually wanted those words to say about the life you lived?

That question can become something much bigger than a goal. It becomes your WHY.

From there, Loving Me gives you a practical pathway to start making choices that move you towards the life you want rather than simply reacting to whatever comes next.

The aim isn’t to keep you looking backwards. It’s to help you stop winging it and start living in a way that feels more like yours.

You don’t need to become somebody else. You just need to become more intentional about becoming you.

Why I Created Loving Me

Hi, I'm Sue

I didn’t grow up with a clear example of the person I wanted to become.

I came from a dysfunctional family and left home at 15. For a long time, the only person I really knew I could rely on was myself.

I started paying attention.

I talked to people I respected. I listened to their wisdom. I noticed the qualities I admired, the choices they made, the way they handled life, and I began deciding which parts I wanted to build into myself.

I couldn’t change where I came from, but I could choose who I became because of it.

Over time, those lessons became more than personal survival. They became a way of thinking about life: know yourself, decide what matters, take responsibility for your choices, and build with intention.

That thinking eventually became Loving Me.

It brings together the wisdom I gathered, the lessons I learned the hard way, and the practical tools I’ve developed through years of working with people who also wanted something in their life to change.

I had to learn how to build me.

If I could do that without a clear roadmap to start with, I believe you can too — only you don’t have to work it all out alone. You can start with the tools and wisdom I wish I’d had much earlier.

Is Loving Me Right For Me?

Loving Me is for you if:

You know something in your life needs to change, but you’re tired of going around the same circles.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to know that you don’t want to keep living the same way and be willing to choose something different.

If you want practical tools, clearer direction and a way to make choices that move you towards the life you actually want, Loving Me was created for you.

So How Does Loving Me Help Me Move Forward?

Loving Me takes you through a deliberate journey, not to help you understand every reason you became who you are, but to help you become clearer about who you want to be from here.

You’ll begin by looking at the way your thoughts and emotions can influence the choices you make in the moment. Not so you can spend years analysing them, but so they don’t automatically get to decide what happens next.

From there, the focus shifts forward.

You’ll start thinking more deliberately about what matters to you, the choices you want to make and the direction you want your life to take. Loving Me gives you practical tools and frameworks to help turn those decisions into something you can actually live by.

As the program progresses, you begin bringing those pieces together so your choices are no longer simply responses to whatever life throws at you. They start becoming decisions about the person you want to become and the life you want to create.

That is the real journey inside Loving Me.

Not endlessly understanding the old you. Intentionally choosing what comes next.

When you begin Loving Me, we don’t start by digging endlessly into how you got here. We focus on helping you get clear about where you want to go and giving you practical tools to start making choices that actually take you there.

Instead of simply winging it, reacting to circumstances or hoping things somehow work out, you can start living with greater purpose and intention — making decisions that move you steadily towards the life you actually want.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Loving Me different from other self-development programs?

Loving Me isn’t about endlessly analysing why you are the way you are or trying to fix everything that has happened before.

The focus is on what happens next. You’ll be given practical tools and a clear pathway to help you think differently, make more deliberate choices and start directing your life towards what you actually want.

Do I need to complete it in five weeks?

No. The program is organised into five parts, but there is no deadline.

You can move through it at your own pace, take time to think about what you’re learning and return to any part whenever you need it.

Is Loving Me only for women?

No. Loving Me is for anyone who knows something in their life needs to change and wants a practical way to start choosing what comes next.

The examples and language may sometimes reflect the experiences of women because many of my clients are women, but the principles themselves are not gender-specific.

What if I’ve tried self-help before and nothing really changed?

Knowing more doesn’t always create change. You can read books, listen to podcasts and understand plenty about yourself while still making the same choices tomorrow.

Loving Me is designed to move beyond simply knowing. The focus is on helping you apply what you learn to the decisions you make in everyday life.

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?

You don’t need to have your future figured out before you begin. You simply need to know that you don’t want to keep doing more of the same and be willing to consider what you might choose differently.

Loving Me will help you work out the rest as you move through it.

How long will I have access?

You’ll have lifetime access to Loving Me.

That means you can work through the program at your own pace and return whenever you want a reminder, a reset or help thinking through what comes next.

Knowing What Needs To Change Is Not The Same As Changing It

You can know that something in your life isn’t working. You can promise yourself that things will be different, imagine the life you would rather be living and still find yourself making the same choices tomorrow.

Knowing isn’t the problem. At some point, something has to change in what you choose to do next.

That is why Loving Me is practical. You can work through it at your own pace, return whenever you need to and begin using what you learn in the choices you make every day.

You don’t have to change everything at once. You just have to stop leaving your future to chance and start choosing what comes next.

Ready To Start Choosing What Comes Next?

Loving Me is a self-paced online program designed to help you stop winging it and start making more deliberate choices about the life you want to create.
